I have often written on my other blog about my love for books which has been around pretty much forever (in fact most of this post was written back in January at my other blog and I just re-wrote some things for this one). With being out of school now (yes, I am an official college graduate!!! Woohoo!!) and having more free time on my hands, I have found that love re-kindled and burning brighter and harder than ever before. All I long to do is lay in bed for days reading all of my new books (I have 9 on my shelf and many more on my Nook that I haven't even touched yet). But I know that I have responsibilities at work and in life. So that is what keeps me from giving into my bed and books. I know that I have a wedding to pay for, a credit card bill that comes every month (which unfortunately is very large lately with all of the wedding stuff) and student loans that will soon need to be paid on.
